Throughout the year 2012 we worked hard on designing and implementing our Quality Management System (QMS) under ISO 9001 international standards from 2008. The leadership of this process was undertaken by a multidisciplinary team from our CCCI, being responsible for documenting and implementing each of their processes while receiving technical education on the matter. As a result, we can rely on manuals and guidelines for managing and providing every service we offer at our venue. This successful QMS allowed us to be certified under ISO 9001 2015 quality standards on February 2019.
